Let me rephrase my question about the homemade BBQ sauce.?

The sauce that I was talking about is a dipping sauce out on the market. I am using it as one of my several ingredients to make my home made BBQ, we gave samples to friends, family, and coworkers. The responses were incredible. Everyone loved it and wanted to buy the sauce. I feel like this is a terrific sauce and would love to bring it out on the market, but need to know if my ingredients are with in legal range. Thank You
