Can I move with my daughter to another state even though her father has court ordered visitation?

I don' t see any reason why you can't move to another another state.You have full custody with no restrictions,right!!.If you can have a better life for your daughter and yourself go for it.If he wants to see his daughter badly enough ,he will make arrangementsd to see her.Good Luck.If you still are unsure check with the courts or your lawyer.
