How do I report fraud to Yahoo E-mail?

I just got a message from "USSA" bank stating my account access has been limited and that I should log-in as soon as possible to prevent any unauthorized withdrawals. It then gives a link to click on. I have no affiliation with this bank what so ever and and it a blatant attempt at trying to defraud people. How do I report fraudelent E-mail to Yahoo?
