What's the deal with "black" radio?

I've been torturing myself lately listening to WURD 900am in Philadelphia...some of the hosts are ok...just Afro Centric which I can respect...no different then being proud of any ethnicity...but some of the hosts (Reggie Bryant for eg...) are just straight up racists. Plain and simple...no better than a KKK member. You won't believe some of the things this guy says on daytime radio. Check it out sometime...you might be surprised what's live on your AM dial. As a white guy who has never been a racist I feel hurt and alienated by these people...and surprised the ACLU hasn't said something about the hurtful and regressive speech.
