If you thaw out a pinky mouse to feed to your snake, but the snake doesn't eat, can it be re-frozen?

Today is when I normally feed my snake, but the thing is she's in shed cycle, so I'm not really sure if she'll eat. She never refused a f/t meal so far. Anyway, if she doesn't eat it, could I put it back in the freezer? or does it need to go in the trash?
