Girls does she like me or toying with me? Long story.?

Me and this girl, whom I have known almost my whole life and used to have a crush on me when we were little kids, have become pretty close the past few weeks. It all started with us going to a concert together. On the way up there she mention about coming to my house and visiting. I told her that she could come and my comfortable couch she could sleep on. She then said no she wanted to snuggle with me in my bed. It kind of shocked me so I didn't say anything back. She also played with my hair a lot. Now whenever she sees me, she will usually yell my name and come give me a hug. We will be talking and she will blow me kisses. She will also sometimes drag me into her conversations. The other night she was talking to a friend about going to a concert hall and her friend said I should tag along. I talked to her friend the next day and said I was going to go. A few minutes later the girl I like text me saying I better go with them and when I said I was she said ok with a :). She and I ended up riding up there together alone. While up there she became good friends with one our friends friends. The girl I liked would go talk to a guy or go dance with friends and walk back and hug up on me. She would pat me on the leg to get my attention and even grabbed my face as if she was going to kiss me, but didn't. Her new friend then asked me if I loved her. I said I liked her a lot and she then said that we make a cute couple and she thinks she likes me a lot too. While talking to a guy she new, she looked back at me and made hand gestures saying I love you and do you love me. Later she kept mentioning that I loved her. At the end of the night she gave me a big hug that lasted for a while. She then gave our friend, who I gave a ride home, just a normal little hug and told me to text her the next day. The next day or two, she text me asking if I was going to the ball game in town. She then said I needed to sit with her and ended with a ;). I said I was and she replied Yay my boo;). While at the game she blew me kisses and hugged me numerous times. She did hug another guy once and it was a short hug unlike the long hugs she was giving me. I text her that night saying I would see her next time I am down. She replied you better ;). I know it sounds like she likes me, but she is somewhat of a flirt. I don't think she is this bad with other guys though. My friend says she does the same to him, but he is a jealous type and never says anything about her unless I bring it up. He also has a crush on her too. She did flirt with me one night a few years back, but her future bf was there and I think it might have been to make him jealous. Do you think she is toying with me or really like me? I am really shy, what should I do? Thanks in advanced. Sorry this was so long.
