Is there anything I can buy for my dog to stop him chewing?? (( UK))?

I know its natural for a dog to chew, but this is different, my dog has plenty of toys, bones ect but whenever Im not in the room or out he likes to chew the legs of my chairs and table, It was a really nice dining suite and now its useless, I need to get a new one but not until I know my dog is not going to chew it to bits, is there perhaps a spray or something which can deter him from wanting to chew them?
