How do I maintain my dress code so that I'll be less attractive to men and have platonic friendship?

do I have to wear over-sized clothing and cover my skin, like wear turtlenecks and socks, too?! lol basically, dress like a tomboy...or no matter what a woman wears or is covered up, some men will still have thoughts? your advice as to the ideal clothing/outfits,etc? thanks.
