Im infected with a virus worm please help!?

your in pretty deep it sounds like. it would be easier for you to reformat and to do that you need your disk that came with your computer. if you have it you need to insert it into your cd rom drive or what ever u have and just follow the prompts from there. but remember all your programs and important stuff will be erased so you will be starting over completely. here is a couple of good sites to look at for security when your up and running again. www.download.com and www.techsupportalert.com
