What ever happened to SOLID names for boys and girls?

I agree with the mis- spelling bit, I am not fond of takinga name and screwing with the spelling to make it unique. I do think the names on your list are a bit over-used, and personally I like something less common. The names on your list seem dated to me, and I'm not crazy about choosing a name off the 100 most popular either.
