How to film a rehab/hospital scene for a indy movie?

im making a movie that has characters in a rehab place and i need to have a eating/cafateria/commons area, patient rooms, offices, empty meeting rooms, and exterior shots. i need one place because there are alot of long shots that show multiple areas, what should i do
