Need help about about 302 ford cleveland v8 engine..?

My advice would be to chase down a 5.0 litre HO motor. (88 Lincoln LSC or a mustang) A hot little motor that can be made to go very fast. That way your 302 mounts will all fit and you will have a common motor that has easily available parts/speed parts. The basic HO came with a roller cam and 1.6 rockers. Look for an 88 or newer because they came with the E7 heads.
