Can I take Alka Selter and Zyrtec together?

Yes, they can be taken together, but separate when you take them by 4 hours just to be sure for the tums, and for the alka-seltzer, make sure it's not the cold remedy because you may duplicate your therapy with another antihistamine. Just try the Tums for now, and if that doesnt work, get Zantac to be safe.
