Swimming With My Belly on Ring? Can I use a Liquid Bandage?

i just got it peirced yesterday, but im going to go swimming tommorow. its the whole reason i got it, how can i keep it from getting infected? and if u say clean it how so? besides the salt and distilled water thing, because i already do that 2x a day. Is it really risky for me to go swimming in a lake? can i use a LIQUID bandaid?
