A die hard Dr. Who question?

I know they brought one person from season four to five but are they ever going to bring back martha, donna, rose, captain jack, face of boe, possibly the master, or any other person from the series 1-4. i know they brought back Dr. River Song but that is because she was only two episodes and he acted like he didnt know her in season 5. So will we ever see captain jack again or any one else :,(
