Which one of these 3rd place teams has the best chance of coming back and winning their division?

I really dont think any of the teams in the AL or the NL can come back. Maybe I'm just biased but if I had to choose which one has the best chance of coming close I'd go with Oakland. As for the NL I think the best chance to come close would be Colorado
