The Hindu Editor N.Ram has visited a IDP Camp in Sri Lanka.How come he obtained Permission?

These kind of trips are made on the mercey of the government of the land. If Srilankan government permitted him to that IDP camp, he can only visit that IDP camp. That country was in the state of civil war for several year, hopefully by the end of LTTE this civil war will end. Hopefully, the government will take good care of Tamils in Srilanka at least now. If they fail even now, then again, there will be another problems in Srilanka.
