Citing sources MLA style?

Say you have a group of sentences in a source (2 or 3) and you want to use them all in your paper. Would you internally cite each one separately (e.g.: sentence 1 (Source Page). Sentence 2 (Same Source Same Page). Sentence 3 (Same Source Same Page) ? Or would you somehow indicate by footnote that they came from the same source for brevity's sake? Can I get an example? Thanks.
