Can the swine flu cause you to miss your period?

I had swine flu in Oct and was extremely sick for 2 weeks I had unprotected while on my period that I had in Oct and I typically ovulate 14-15 days after the start of my period which lasts 3 days I had the same period length. Only the next week I came down with swine flu... I had Swine Flu from 14th and symptoms didn't start going away until the 26th then the night before Halloween I started to get sick again. Only the Tuesday after when I was still coughing I went to the doctor and had x-rays the swine flu had turned into bacterial pneumonia. I was put onto antibiotics and finished them on the 11th of this month Nov which was when I should have started my period. Only now I still haven't had my period and its the 29th of nov. I took an ept pregnancy test on wed the 25 it was negative... could that have been false?
